We use the propane powered Gozney Roccbox & Gozney Arc XL, folding tables, and a canopy tent with a footprint of 12×12 ft and able to set up anywhere.

Pizzas are served buffet style on individual paper plates, rotating between a menu of 2-4 pizzas.

Using our custom built wood-fired pizza trailer that meets all applicable requirements (ESA, WETT), we’re able to tow this 7.5×20ft trailer right to your doorstep! Maintaining a fire at 850-900 degrees, this setup allows cooking 4-6 pizzas at a time.

Have a large guest list or limited time? The trailer is the right choice for you! We can cook up to 90 pizzas per hour for your hungry guests.

Pizzas are served either buffet style or on plates (like in a restaurant), depending on your function. For 2 or 3-course meals (Pizza + Dessert, or Appetizer + Pizza + Dessert), the trailer is always used.

Pricing starts at $1500 for a 3 hour service (plus additional 1 hour setup & teardown), water & electricity are not required from the client.

Using Cobourg, ON as a starting point - we operate within a 100km radius. This covers most of Northumberland County, Durham, Prince Edward County, and East GTA.

There is no additional fees for travel within 50km, between 51km-100km there is a $60 fuel charge.

Looking to elevate the experience? For multi-course events we curate a menu to include a farm-to-table salad using local farmers, 4-pizza menu options, and dessert of Creme Brulee and Tiramisu.

All elements of the dinner are sourced locally and made in-house.
